Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the time you place your order, and delivery takes 1 to 3 business days (under normal conditions) via EasyMail Courier, and in certain areas via ELTA.
Shipments are not made on weekends or public holidays.

⚠️ Important: If a customer fails to receive their order via Cash on Delivery due to their own responsibility, any future order from the same customer will only be accepted with card payment or bank transfer. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to cancel the order.
DELIVERY POLICY
If there is an inability to find an order or receipt, for your best service, contact us. In case a customer does NOT receive the order by cash on delivery, the next orders will be made exclusively by “deposit” payment method.
If orders will have “cash on delivery” as a method of payment, they will be canceled immediately.
